I’ve spent most of my adult life trying to become the perfect trainer.
After thousands of hours of studying, mentorships, and practice, I’m still far from perfect…but I’ve learned some valuable lessons.
I’ve explored every corner of the fitness industry. From working with NFL players, to working in commercial gyms, to transitioning physical therapy patients out of rehab, I’ve gained a new perspective from every environment, and learned new lessons from every mentor.
In my free time, I recently picked cello back up after a 14 year break. I also love hanging out with my girlfriend and our dog Jolene
